Victory! Thank you!Alisa apologizes for not writing to all of you -- her network connection has been down since Monday night(!), so please be patient if you're trying to reach her. Last night, the hard work of the campaign was rewarded with a resounding victory in the townwide elections. Alisa received the highest vote-total (2309) among the select board candidates, twice as many as Robie Hubley. She will begin immediately and attend the next meeting of the Select Board on Wednesday, April 4, 2007. Alisa thanks her many supporters for their dedication and hard work. A political campaign is enormous undertaking: writing copy, creating graphics, installing signs, stuffing envelopes, and on and on.
